FA Full Time : Fixtures & Cup Draw
The Leeds & District Cup fixtures and results can be viewed on our FA Full Time website using the links below. Your league may also publish the Leeds & District FA cup fixtures on their website to indicate you have an external cup fixture. Always refer to the Leeds & District FA Full-Time website as this will contain the most up-to-date details for arranging the fixture and will show details of the appointed referee (if one is appointed).
The draw for each round of the Leeds & District FA cup competitions is performed every month by the cup working group. Our cup competitions are not drawn all the way through to the final and therefore it is not possible to predict who your opponents could be in the next round by viewing the FA Full-Time cup draw page.

Non Fixture Requests
Our district cup fixtures are scheduled for the third Saturday and Sunday of each month only. We are unable to accept non fixture requests as this will eventually lead to backlogs within the cup competition.
The district cup fixtures must take place on the dates shown in the ‘District Cup Fixture Dates’ section of this page. These dates have been allocated for our district cup fixtures and have been agreed with the leagues.
We cannot schedule fixtures outside of these dates nor postpone a fixture until the following month
FA Full Time : Fixture Notifications
Every Monday morning, starting three weeks before the fixture, you will receive an email fixture notification/ reminder from the Leeds & District FA Full Time system. You will also be notified of amendments to the fixtures, i.e.: kick off time or venue change or change of referee (if one is appointed.
The FA Full Time email notification will contain the home and away teams contact name, email address and mobile number of the primary team contact plus the contact details for the appointed referee (if one is appointed) .
If your information is incorrect or you wish to change the primary team contact, please update your contact details in the FA whole game system (WGS) for your team.
Arranging Fixtures
The default kick-off time for all Leeds & District FA cup fixtures is 14.00hrs for Saturday open age, 14.00hrs for Sunday junior fixtures and 11.00hrs for Sunday open age fixtures, unless otherwise stated on our FA Full Time System.
The home team manager/team admin must confirm the kick-off time, and venue of the fixture with the away team manager and referee (if one is appointed) no later than 7 days before the fixture.
For fixtures where a Leeds & District FA referee is appointed, the kick-off time must remain at 14.00hrs for Saturday open-age fixtures, 14.00hrs for Sunday junior fixtures and 11.00hrs for Sunday open-age fixtures. The referee is allocated for this kick-off time only.
For fixtures where a Leeds & District FA referee is NOT appointed, the kick-off time can be mutually agreed between the home and away team manager and should be based on the allocated pitch allocation time of the home team. The home team is responsible for organising a match official.
Any change in kick off time must be notified to Tina Tomkinson, Cup Secretary, cupsec@leedsfa.org who will update the fixture accordingly. Having the correct kick-off time on the fixture will ensure the SMS text is sent out just after the game has started.
If your appointed referee is unavailable, or you are unable to make contact with the referee or if you do not have a contact number for the referee, please email Roger Byrne, Referee Appointments Secretary, referees@e-leedsfa.org
Referee Appointments
The Leeds & District FA Referee Appointments Secretary will automatically appoint a referee for the Saturday and Sunday open-age cup fixtures.
For the junior cup fixtures, in the early rounds, we may only be able to appoint a referee for the U18, U17, U16 and U15 cup fixtures due to the number of fixtures vs available referees. Please check the Leeds & District FA Full Time system and the email fixture notifications to determine if a referee has been appointed.
The home team must confirm the venue of the fixture and kick-off time with the referee and the away team manager no later than 7 days before the date of the fixture.
Please email Roger Byrne, Referees Appointment Secretary, referees@e-leedsfa.org to inquire about referee availability.

Team Contacts
From this season, our FA Full Time system will be integrated with the FA Whole Game System (WGS).
We will use the primary contact defined in the FA WGS to email fixture notifications and our system will send an SMS text to the primary contact mobile on the day of the fixture to record the result.
The primary team contact information is updated by the team administrator in the FA WGS, the information will flow through to the Leeds & District FA Full-time system automatically.
Match Report Forms
Our FA Full-Time system is now integrated with the FA Whole Game System (WGS) and the FA Matchday application. You will now be able to update the result of the fixture and enter your team sheet using the FA match day app or FA Full Time login.
On the day of the fixture complete and exchange your teamsheet as you do for your league fixtures. It is recommended to keep a copy of the opponent’s teamsheet should there be a dispute raised after the fixture.
The Match Report Form must be submitted within 2 days of the day of the fixture. Any club failing to submit a completed Match Report Form shall be liable to a fine of £10.00.
Reporting Results
On the day of your fixture, the Leeds & District FA Full Time system will send a text message to the primary team contact defined in the FA Whole Game System (WGS). If you do not receive a text message on the day of the fixture, please email cupsec@e-leedsfa.org with your result, include your team name and mention you did not receive the SMS text.
Your league may also include our fixtures on their website which will mean you will receive two or more texts. You must reply to all texts received on the day. If you are registered to receive result texts for more than one team you may also receive multiple texts on the day of the fixture. It is therefore important to add the Leeds & District FA team code after the score when replying to the text to ensure your result is successfully processed by the FA Full Time system.
The text must be submitted in one of the formats shown below ensuring that it is the HOME team score that is put first.
The following are examples of the text you will receive and how results should be sent in :
FA Full-Time Results: 100 v 115, Sat 15 Aug 14:00. Reply with H-A score and PENS if required:
To report a 2-1 win to the home side after full time you would simply reply with the score followed by your Leeds & District FA team code.
For example if your Leeds & District FA team code is 1oo and the full time result was 2-1 to the home side, you would rely with 2-1 100
To report a 1-1 draw at full time and 5-3 win on penalties to the home side you would simply reply with 1-1 5-3 PENS 100
IMPORTANT NOTE – You must leave no gap between the scores and the hyphen. Do not add any further text when submitting the result of the match as the text will not be processed successfully.
The Leeds & District FA Team Code will be emailed before each round of fixtures to the registered team administrator.
Both home and away teams must submit the result within 3 hours of the conclusion of the match by replying to the text from the Leeds & District FA Full Time system, which will be sent to the primary contact as defined in the FA Whole Game System (WGS)
