District Cup Registration

District Cup registration fee refund requests will be honoured where less than 14 days’ notice is given before the 31st July in any football season. After the cup competition draw is made, no refunds will be applicable.

Playing Field/Changing Room Hire

Playing field/changing room refund requests will be honoured where notice is given that the team has disbanded and the booking is no longer required. The refund will be on a pro rata basis of use.

Refund requests must identify the club name, secretary name, email address and the amount paid.
